"NEW VISION QUARTET", based in Adamsville, Alabama, was established on February. 17, 1991. Their musical style is considered to be southern gospel. Its original members were Terry Shedd, Clayton Click, Steve Langner, Sue Ann Scaborough, Becky Shedd and Bernice Black.
Sue Ann left the group and was replaced by Lisa Click on August 4, 1991. On October 19, 1991 Charlie Reeser joined as lead guitarist. Art Tingle joined as drummer on August 23, 1992. Bernice left the group due to health reasons.
Steve Langner and Lisa Click's last singing was on April 24, 1994. They later married. Mark Freil came aboard as bass guitarist and also sang.
Janice Sherrill started singing May 6, 1994. "NEW VISION QUARTET" sang as a trio until March 22, 1995 when Steve Johnson joined. On February 8, 2002 Janice left and was replaced by Keith Tolbert on April 24, 2002. Steve Johnson left NEW VISION QUARTET on September 7, 2003 and Charlie Howard came aboard to sing lead on October 5, 2003.
Presently, we are using music tracks instead of a live band. Becky plays the keyboard on several songs during most of our concerts.
